Can my AccelPay retailer(s) fulfill my merchandise items as well?

Some retailers are open to “kitting” alc and non-alc products in a single shipment on behalf of a brand. In order to do so, there are a few speciality considerations and limitations that a brand should consider before envisioning a merch campaign.

General Best Practices/Considerations

Product Type:

  • Sturdy, shatter proof/resistant products. This can include glassware if non-flimsy products.
  • Not easily chipped, abrasion resistant, resistant to wear/tear in the fulfillment process.
  • Easily packed in standard shippers, or contain their own packaging oriented for shipping. With best effort, keep the packaging and packing steps/requirements as simple as possible.

Pricing and Availability:

  • Products that are available in multiple states for retailers to ensure widespread fulfillment to customers.
  • Merch fulfillment through retailers for the most part is considered as “pass through” by the retailer. That is the retailer does not make a profit, markup/take a cut of the sales. Therefore please note that the retailer may require a "pick and pack" fee in order to approve of fulfilling their merch.

Estimated Volume:

  • If previously sold online, any order volume by product and location will help retailers estimate required inventories over a given period of time.
  • If not previously sold, Brand<>AccelPay can set allocations by retailers based on best estimates. Additionally, Brand<>AccelPay can ensure backup inventory is staged for deployment to retailers on short notice, if needed.
  • In either case, Brand<>AccelPay should set a fixed inventory for availability of the product. This can always be updated based on market demand, or updated availability by market.
