What does oversell mean?

Oversell is a setting within the AccelPay Portal to allow customers to continue to buy products online even if the inventory levels are sold through at a particular retailer.
We set up this feature specifically for product that is widely available at a distributor that delivers regularly (daily or every other day). This way, you won't miss out on customer orders and retailers can work to get more product in while online orders continue to flow. 

The AccelPay team is in charge of setting inventory and oversell levels. If you want to set inventory or oversell to a specific number, please contact your AccelPay Account Manager.
