Shopify Settings: Checkout

If you are using Shopify, we require your checkout settings be set a certain way.

During Onboarding, we made sure to set up your checkout settings accordingly. If you accidentally changed something, make sure you reset things to match the below:

Navigate to Settings > Checkout

Make sure the following settings are as seen below:

Customer Contact Method

  • Email

Customer Information

  • Shipping address phone number: Required
