So you've heard from Shopify that you must urgently respond regarding their questions about your online store.
Not a problem, we can help you with this! Below is a document that has the answers you'll need to reply to Shopify and get this sorted. Please be sure to send the answers from the doc but not the actual document itself. Just take the information to use as a response to Shopify.
You'll also want to have your Contract with AccelPay on hand, and be sure to send them your liquor license as well. If you need a new copy of your AccelPay Contract, email us at success@accelpay.io.
As you will see in the attached documentation, you have other options to process payments besides via Shopify Payments.
If you are going to instead enable the AccelPay Payments app in Shopify, please refer to these instructions. This can only be down after your AccelPay account manager has enabled this feature within your AccelPay Portal account.
