How do I update the sender email address in Shopify to be AccelPay Support?

To update the email address used to send emails to your customers, please follow the steps below.

If you are using the AccelPay Native Cart, this has automatically been set up for you. 

  1. Within Settings in Shopify, navigate to "Notifications"
  2. Here you can enter support@accelpay.io or your customized AccelPay-Customer-Support email address.
  3. Trigger the verification email
  4. Once you have sent the verification email, please send support@accelpay.io an email letting them know that you need the domain verified right away, without notifying support@accelpay.io, the domain will not be verified.
