Products are running low or out of stock at a fulfillment retailer, how do I go about restocking my product?

Let's get more product to the retailer!

To get more product to your retailer if it's running low, the first thing to do is confirm product availability with your distributor. As the brand, it is your responsibility to be on top of your product availability at your distributors. If a retailer goes to place an order but then finds out the product is out of stock at the distributor, it slows down the whole process and will lead to further order delays. 

Once you confirm product is in fact available, please start an email thread with you, your distributor, your AccelPay Account Manager and your retailer if you have their direct contact info. For any contact info you are missing, reach out to your AccelPay Account Manager. This email thread get's everyone together to then resolve the inventory issue faster.
