Once you're set up to sell merchandise on AccelPay, you will need to decide how you will fulfill orders and communicate this with the success team.
You have three options to mark orders as shipped:
- Use the AccelPay-ShipStation integration (recommended)
- Fulfill in Shoppify
- Fulfill in the AccelPay Portal
1. AccelPay-ShipStation (recommended): If you are using a ShipStation account to fulfill merchandise orders, please see our ShipStation guide linked here.
2. Fulfill in Shopify: If you are using Shopify to fulfill merchandise orders, please follow the steps below:
- The AccelPay system splits the order in our portal -- our retail partners will only be fulfilling the alcohol portion of each order.
- Your team can continue to fulfill orders (print labels, attach tracking, etc.) directly in Shopify with one, important change. When fulfilling an order, please mark it as partially fulfilled and only include those items that you are shipping out, i.e. the merch.
- You can do this by reducing the quantity of alcohol products to zero (o) (see below screenshot).

- This step is incredibly important. If you were to fulfill an entire order, Shopify does not accept a second tracking number for the order. This means customers will not receive a tracking number for their alcohol order and hence either miss the delivery (they must be home to receive it) or be disappointed that their alcohol seemingly has not been shipped to them.
3. Fulfill in the AccelPay Portal: If you are using the AccelPay portal to fulfill merchandise orders, please follow the steps below:
- When you login to your AccelPay portal, you will now have the ability to see your merch retailer scope
- Within the merch retailer portal, you will see a tab labeled 'Orders' where you will see each new order and it's fulfillment status. Here you will be able to update fulfillment status, see below "Mark Shipped"
