How do I discontinue a product?

Learn the proper steps to discontinue one of your products

To ensure this process is handled properly, we need to ensure that:

  • retailers sell through all inventory they have on hand, and
  • we don’t oversell product that retailers don’t have and cannot order, as this can lead to refunds and unhappy customers.

If you have a product that should no longer be active on your website for sale or is being discontinued and won't be made again, please follow the below steps:

  1. Reach out to your AccelPay Account Manager to tell them that you need to discontinue a product(s)
  2. Give us details on when the last shipment of product will be sent to distributors
  3. Work with your AccelPay Account Manager to sell through product, where applicable, and ensure a smooth transition on your website.
