# How can I customize the order confirmation email that customers receive?

## If you are using Shopify, you can set this up within Shopify. If you are using AccelPay cart, please follow the steps below.

1\. Login to the [AccelPay portal](https://portal.accelpay.io/)

2\. Navigate to Settings then 'Edit all settings'

3\. Enter the desired text into the '**Receipt Email Note'** field. This field accepts HTML formatting, so you can get creative. Please be sure to click the check mark to save the text.

The order confirmation email will automatically pull in your logo and all order-specific information, including your product images and the customer's shipping and billing information.

At this time, we do not have any additional customization functionality for the order confirmation emails.
