Use the below instructions to cancel the order yourself or use this to allow customers to self-serve.
If you need to cancel an order, follow the steps on this page.
If the order has a tracking number already associated with it, it cannot be cancelled.
If the customer only wants to cancel a specific item within their order, please have them reach out to the Customer Support team at support@accelpay.io. The Support team can process a partial refund for that item and the remainder of the order can still be sent out by the retailer. Again, this is only possible if a tracking number has not yet been assigned.
If the customer has any additionally order questions, it is best for them to contact Customer Support directly instead of you, as the brand, reaching out on their behalf.
